General information

There will be an exhibition from Monday, September 2nd to Thursday September 5th. The IRMMW-THz technical exhibit has become an important occasion to exchange information and to showcase new products and services. The technical exhibit will be located in the foyer of the Congress Centre (Rheingoldhalle) which will be used for the twice-daily coffee breaks and which is in front of the lecture halls (will be used for the daily plenary sessions and the technical presentations). So there will be ample opportunity for exhibitors to interact with conference attendees.

Exhibit registration includes access to all technical sessions for two people. Each exhibitor will be provided with a floor space of about 3 x 2 m² with one table and two chairs, as well as standard European electrical outlet and wireless internet access. Exhibitor space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. To reserve a space, payment in advance is required. A range of exhibit and sponsorship opportunities are available for you to showcase your company, your products, and your services.
